Dr. Wahlstrom is an Assistant Professor, in the
Department of Psychiatry at Rush University
Medical Center in Chicago, as well as the
Assistant Medical Director of Rush's Outpatient Psychiatric Clinic. In his private practice, he specializes in the treatment of a wide variety of mental conditions, including eating disorders, and is a highly sought after forensic psychiatric consultant. He is a pioneer nationally in the utilization of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), a high-tech, well tolerated non- drug approach for treatment resistant depression and other conditions.
Dr. Wahlstrom became interested in SENSA
®, which he found to be a well researched, novel non-drug approach to weight loss, after hearing Dr. Hirsch lecture on the topic of obesity. On a personal level, Dr. Wahlstrom was fascinated by how Dr. Hirsch's research related to his own weight-loss experience. As a psychiatrist, he is particularly interested in the evolutionary drive to overeat and effect SENSA
® has on the satiety process.
Dr. Hilton Hudson is the Chief of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Franciscan Physicians Hospital in Indiana and the C.E.O. and Chairman of Hilton Publishing, the nation's only publisher of books on minority health and wellness. Hudson's book, The Heart of the Matter: The African American's Guide to Heart Disease, Heart Treatment, and Heart Wellness, has been endorsed by doctors nationwide to help educate at-risk patients.
Dr. Hudson possesses an impressive list of
professional firsts - he was the first African American surgeon to graduate from Boston
University and the first African American
cardiothoracic surgeon to graduate from Ohio State University.
Dr. Hudson takes pride in serving underserved
communities but has dedicated his life's work to
providing people of all walks of life with the
information they need to live long, healthy lives. As a cardiothoracic surgeon, Dr. Hudson is
concerned about the growing epidemic of
obesity and its negative effect on heart health.
He is optimistic that SENSA
® can have a significant impact on obesity and related health issues.
Brooke Benlifer is a registered dietician with expertise in many areas of medicine, including diabetes, cardiac health and gastrointestinal issues. A graduate of Cornell University, Brooke is passionate about preventative health and its power to help people lead more fulfilling lives.
Brooke maintains a private practice and works with clients of all ages, from pediatric to
geriatric, addressing such issues as weight management and emotional eating. She has seven years of clinical experience and is highly sought after on the lecture circuit.
A proponent of "meeting people where they are at," Brooke believes strongly that people become motivated to adopt healthy habits once they begin seeing results.
She was particularly interested in how SENSA
® focuses on enhancing
satiety in order to encourage portion control without the use of stimulants or the need for drastic changes in habit.

Winner of NBC's The Chopping Block, Kelsey previously was head chef at Hotel Le Petit, a high-profile boutique hotel in West Hollywood, and was lead macrobiotic chef for Madonna. She worked alongside trainer Tracy Anderson cooking meals for celebrity clientele.
As the driving force behind the SENSA
® Satiety System, Kelsey is intrigued by the challenge of creating high-satiety recipes that fit within the SENSA
® Weight-Loss Program to help people maximize their weight-loss results. She is
especially excited by the notion that small changes in diet can help people get more
satisfaction and feel full longer while taking in
a smaller number of calories, so that they can
continue to enjoy food to the utmost and still
lose weight.
Marcos Prolo is the owner of Fitness Factory and the star of 10 top-selling exercise videos. His exercises have been featured in Muscle & Fitness as well as "O," the Oprah magazine. An international presenter, Marcos has taught his innovative fitness workshops in over 20 countries. He also is the creative force behind group
exercise programs for top health clubs throughout the United States.
Marcos was drawn to SENSA
® because he saw an opportunity to help people build on their weight-loss success by incorporating exercise without the need for drastic lifestyle changes. He believes people are more likely to stick with an exercise program if it doesn't disrupt their daily routine, so his goal in creating the SENSA
® FASTercise program was to introduce basic movements which serve as a foundation for men and women of all ages and fitness levels without taking them out of their "comfort zone."
